| Congratulations
for finding us in this tiny corner of the World Wide Web. At St Mary’s
in Belgrade we too are a tiny corner of God’s vineyard, but one which
we hope is growing. Our Sunday congregation comprises children, embassy
staff, ex-pats, students, professionals, retired people and others –
the sort of mixture you find in most parishes. Not everyone is a member
of the Anglican Communion, but everyone is made welcome. We gather every
Sunday at 10.30 a.m. in the first floor chapel of the CARITAS building (Visegradska
23) in central Belgrade to hear God’s holy word and offer the Holy
Sacrifice. We have a Sung Eucharist every Sunday, except on the rare
occasions that I have to be away elsewhere, when we celebrate Morning
Prayer. All our services are in English, and the singing is robust! More
and more people are finding themselves in Belgrade on business, so if
you are coming this way, let me know in advance by telephone or email so
that we can make you welcome in our city, even if you are not here over
a week-end. If you live here already, come and join us one Sunday
morning.
